Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival/Muscat
Meet your tour guide in Muscat international airport and transfer to the hotel. According to time Afternoon panoramic sightseeing.
Day 2: Muscat
Full day sightseeing in Muscat, visiting: Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Bait Al Zubair Museum, “Muttrah” historic souk (Bazar), view Al-Mirani and Al-Jelani (16th century castles) from outside. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Muscat/Wahiba
After breakfast drive to “Wahiba” along the coast of Oman Sea, visit the picturesque “Bimmah Sinkhole”, Beautifulvalley of “Wadi Shab”, Dhow shipyards in city of Sur en rout. in the afternoon desert 4x4 adventure through the dunes towards the desert camp, just in time for a sunset, then enjoy a traditional dinner. Overnight stay at the camp.
Day 4: Wahiba/Nizwa
After breakfast drive to visit “Wadi Bani Khalid”, a rocky valley with natural pools for swimming (one of the biggest and most beautiful wadis in Oman), then drive to ancient city of “Nizwa”, visit famous “Nizwa Souq” where you can find fish, meat, vegetables, pottery, jewelry, handicrafts and souvenirs, Nizwa Fortress. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Nizwa/Muscat
After breakfast drive to “Al Hamra” village, visit the famous stone houses of “Misfat Al Abriyeen” and Falaj network (Oman's ancient water supply system), Then drive up to the “Jebel Akhdar” Mountain, one of the most adventurous in Oman, offering exciting off-road experience and fantastic views of Oman known as the Grand Canyon of Oman. Continue to Muscat and transfer to the hotel.
Day 6: Departure
According to your flight time, transfer to Muscat international airport. End of the trip.

On Fridays and public holidays, the forts close at 11:00 AM, so it is not always guaranteed to go inside the castles.
